Contemporary Cocktails, Inc. is a global full-service beverage consulting company. Our dynamic co-founders Willy Shine and Aisha Sharpe, with over thirty years of bar experience combined, bring a distinctive appreciation to the modern-day art of cocktail design, beverage programs, brand ambassadorship, spirits education, cocktail catering and event execution. Both nationally and internationally, Willy and Aisha are among the most well respected alcohol beverage professionals. They are members of the Beverage Alcohol Resources Program (BAR) as well as BarSmarts and travel extensively in that capacity to perform educational trainings and seminars.
Contemporary Cocktails’ goal is simple: Further the concept of “Fine Drinking” through the professional execution of classic cocktails - and modern twists on classic styles - using advanced culinary techniques and inspirations. Contemporary Cocktails, Inc. believes the cocktail deserves the same admiration as fine cuisine, and utilizes this blueprint to assure the highest quality of service for our customers. We use all fresh and local ingredients, and are known for identifying innovative ingredients - respective of balance and flavor - at very high volume.
Contemporary Cocktails, Inc. recruits only the most professional and experienced bartenders and mixologists from the most well respected establishments nationwide and around the world; individuals who bring knowledge, enthusiasm and personality to the ever-growing cocktail and event world. Executing events across the country with the utmost professionalism and precision are Tim Cooper and Justin Noel. From our offices in New York, Claire Bertin-Lang manages the day-to-day operations of the company and assists on major projects and events. Newly launched Contemporary Cocktails Miami is run by world-renowned bartender John Lermayer. Together, the Contemporary Cocktails team has what it takes to fulfill any and all beverage consulting needs.
